Dr Neil Hudson MP visited Frank Foster House in Theydon Bois, to celebrate Care Home Week and recognise the vital contribution care staff make to the community.
Frank Foster House provides residential, respite and dementia care for around 80 residents. During the visit, Dr Hudson met the Home Manager, Nicolas, and spoke with staff across the home, praising the warm, professional and compassionate environment they create.
Residents were enjoying an afternoon of singing and entertainment, part of the home’s commitment to daily social engagement and activities that support wellbeing. The home also regularly organises visits to local community events, helping residents stay active and connected.
Dr Hudson spent time speaking with residents, many of whom raised local concerns, including road conditions in the surrounding area.
